Sectors

A multi-sector remit, six markets followed

Our corporate purpose covers every sector. Our market watch, however, concentrates on six: these are the markets where foreign companies consult us most, and where we have built a network of experts, distributors and advisers.

01

Food and beverage

The first obstacle is almost never demand: it is regulatory. Product registration, labelling, shelf life and storage conditions, import inspection. We map the channels as they really work — wholesalers, modern retail buying centres, traditional shops — and record prices shelf by shelf before recommending a positioning. Cold chain and road times often decide which distributor to choose.

02

Consumer goods

Hygiene, household care, small appliances, textiles: markets where a brand is won on volume and lost on the final retail price. We measure street prices, the customary margins at each level of distribution and the real presence of competitors, then identify distributors able to cover Abidjan as well as the interior.

03

Materials, machinery and industrial equipment

Here the buyer is a business: construction, agri-industry, processing, production workshops. The sales cycle is long and the decision turns on demonstration, spare-part availability and operator training. We prepare the visits, qualify the buyers and organise local after-sales service before the first delivery.

04

Automotive and electric mobility

Utility vehicles, two and three-wheelers, parts and equipment: a market where professional use decides everything — payload, cost per kilometre, ease of maintenance. On electric vehicles, type approval, charging and workshop training must be handled from the outset. This is the sector of our exclusive Jonway EV mandate.

05

Health and cosmetics

Medical devices, consumables, hygiene and personal care products: a strictly regulated sector — authorisation, registration, labelling, approved channels. We work with specialist advisers to secure the regulatory file, then open the doors of wholesalers, clinics and specialist distributors.

06

Services and technology

Software, IT equipment, business services: the issue is not logistics, it is local credibility — a reference, someone you can reach, a contract under Ivorian law. We identify the target accounts, whether companies, institutions or regional groups, prepare the meetings and carry the commercial relationship on the ground.

Our services

One method, whatever the sector

The sector changes the people, the standards and the channels. It changes neither our method nor our commitments on deliverables and deadlines. The four services are set out in full on their own page.
